The Client of GALWAY to develop an ‘LNG Breakbulk Facility’ off the coast of Cambodia. The proposed facility is aimed at importing, storing, loading, and shipping LNG to the markets of interest, in the form of ISO containers (or smaller LNG vessels) that can be transported and offloaded via a container ship to be then distributed intermodally by truck, rail and barge to small regasification facilities.
Scope of Work: Concept development for LNG breakbulk facility which includes the Floating Storage Unit (FSU), with estimated base case capacity between 135,000 – 155,000 CBM, Floating barge with filling and storing mechanism for LNG ISO containers of size 20 ft. or 40 ft. , MPV/PSV/Feeder container vessel with crane facility and associated infrastructure development. |
