Process Engineering

Process Engineering focuses on the creation of efficient, safe, and economically viable processes for the production of chemicals, fuels, and other valuable products. The core principles of process include the following:

Process Simulation

By carrying out simulation activity for our process, we would come up with the expected capacities and conditions for each process stream and piece of equipment, along with optimizing energy consumption and minimizing operating costs. We shall use the simulation data to carry out downstream sizing activities.

Unit operations

Designing and sizing individual process units and equipment, such as heat exchangers, reactors, towers, and separators.

Process control

Implementing control strategies to maintain process variables within desired ranges and ensure safe, stable, and efficient operation.

Safety and environmental considerations

Ensuring that the process adheres to stringent safety standards and minimizes environmental impact.
