Mr. Jyotisman Dasgupta is a professional with extensive experience in the maritime and oil & gas industries. He is a graduate in Naval Architecture with Honours from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur, with a post graduate in offshore structural engineering and has held various positions in different organizations, including Senior Vice President and Chief Surveyor at Indian Register of Shipping and Head of the Upstream Marine Group of L&T Hydrocarbon Engineering Limited at Larsen & Toubro.

Arvind Kaushik is a post graduate Chemical Engineer from IIT Kanpur. A Multi-faceted Engineering Professional with over 35 years of experience in process engineering, power plant simulation, thermal equipment design, process hazard analysis and plant commissioning. He has Expertise in Process Engineering and thermal equipment design in oil & gas, chemicals and fertilizers, Power Plants and Aluminum using HTRI, HYSIS, Aspen EDR and FRNC software. A TUV certified functional safety professional he is proficient in use of PHA Pro and PHA Works software for Process Safety Management. He has Conducted HAZOP studies as Chairman of several hydro-carbon projects. He has served reputed organizations like Larsen & Toubro, Forbes Marshall, The energu & Resources Institute (TERI) and HINDALCO Industries Ltd., in the past. The areas of interest include Comprehensive Engineering for sustainability solutions such as Green Hydrogen, Bio-LNG, Carbon capture solutions, etc.,
